'The Show Must Go On'

This is my newest painting titled 'The Show must Go On', she is painted on wood collaged with different papers, photos and lace that I have collected over the years. The piece is about 5ft wide and 3ft tall and framed in a vintage frame. I painted this piece for my upcoming show, 'Majesty', which I am curating for Wonderland Gallery in San Francisco. The show opens Thursday, September 8th, 2011 from 8-11pm. We will have musical guests, The Feral Cats, as well as refreshments sponsored by Wahaka Mezcal.

Simply Sunday

It was a perfect day to paint today, so I repainted an old spot with a new lady. She's on the corner of Post St and Avery Alley in SF.

Ms. Warfield painted on Market St.

This is Ms. Warfield, she's painted on a security door of the Warfield building on Market Street in San Francisco, near the Warfield Theater. I was asked by Grainger at The Hydrilla to paint one of my ladies on their doorway. She seems to be well liked by the neighborhood, and I'm very pleased to have a lady in such a prime location.
