Guardian Art Show opening recap

Thanks to all who came out to support our Guardian art show this past Saturday evening. It was a beautiful night with incredible art, great music, great food, and great friends. Diana Mangano and Allison Love Joy put on an incredible music performance. Soula Misthos, Moira Lukas, and Cathy Stoia came through with an incredible spread of food. We had a large turn out and tons of positive feedback, which really makes all the hard work worth it. Thanks again for everyone's continued support and thanks to all the participating artist, they really came through with some amazing new work. I will be traveling out of the country for the next couple of weeks, but the show will still be up, you can contact Prairie Prince, prairieprince@earthlink.net if you are interested in checking it out. Happy Holidays!! Amandalynn.

Guardian Art Show

Just a reminder, this Saturday, December 19th, 2009 from 7-10pm, Prairie Prince and myself, Amandalynn, alongside with all the other members of our stained glass art studio, will be hosting the opening of our Guardian Art Show. All the artists included have been working diligently to create some of their best work ever based on the theme of the Guardian Angel. Pete the Painter will be displaying his newest icon painting of the Angel Michael, Prairie Prince has been killing it with two beautiful fresco type pieces, as well as a beautiful 10ft tall canvas. George Mead is honoring me with an incredible Amandalynn portrait, and I am blown away! My piece, Pacha Mama, is almost complete as well. I am really looking forward seeing all the work and celebrating with all of you. Happy Holidays!

Studio is located at……152 Helena Street, San Francisco, CA 94124

Crop Circle Cycle

Here are some pics of my newest and pretty much coolest custom painting project. I was asked by the motorcyle's designer/builder, Mark Bencivenga, and painter, Rolfe, to create their vision of specific crop circles in silver leaf on top of their purple kandy paint work. First I masked and silver leafed all the patterns, then machine turned the leaf areas that were circles and finished it of with classic cream and black pinstriping. This bike with be on display at the David Mann chopper fest in Ventura, Ca on December 13th.
