Ol Wench Complete
Our Ol Wench mural is complete and looking great. The dope water and sky scene were painted by my most talented and wonderful sister, Margaretta. Steel came through with a sick ass Nekst piece and I painted the Ol Wench. This has turned into one of my most favorite colab murals so far. If you get a chance, check it out on Lower Clinton Park in SF.

Custom Painting in the Underground
This week I have been doing some long hours on some new projects at work. The first photos are of a sculpture which I was asked to colormatch and matte finish as part of a new piece by the artist, Adriane Colburn http://www.blogger.com/www.adrianecolburn.com
Second are some pics of a silver leaf pinstripe project that I worked 11 hrs on yesterday for a bike being customized by Rolfe. The design is based on a crop circle theme and will be displayed at the annual David Mann Chopper Fest in Ventura, Ca on Dec. 13th. I will post better pics soon....

Guardian Art Show
Guardian Art Show
This is an invitation to enjoy the works of an artist collective working in our stained glass/paint studio. Our previous Icon show was such a success that we have decided to do it again. The studio is part of the former historic Lukas Stained Glass studio owned by Nick Lukas, and is an incredible piece of art and history just in itself. Our group of artists have been creating and inspiring each other in this space for almost a year now, and the progress is amazing. This new show is based on the theme of the Guardian Angel. Fortunately, the size of this building has given we the artists to opportunity to create some very large scale artwork. Both Prairie Prince, and myself, Amandalynn, are working on canvases that stretch more than 9ft in height. We are honored to have such an incredible space and to be surrounded by such prolific artists, and look forward to sharing our creations with you.
For more information please contact Amandalynn, admin@amandalynn.biz or Prairie Prince, prairieprince@earthlink.net
Show opening Saturday, December 19th , 2009 from 7pm-10pm

Prairie Prince, Pete the Painter, Amandalynn, Wythe Bowart, Nick Lukas, Moria Lukas, Margaretta, Jin Kim Chon, Matt Gil, George Mead, Lucien Shapiro, Sharon Collins, Stan Peskett, Paul Knotter, Megan Shaffer, Tom Rudolph, Charlie O’Hanlon, Catherine Murty, Gretchen Hodgins, Devon Raphael

Kawasaki Kandy
A customer of mine, David White II, just sent over some pics of his custom Kawasaki that I just finished painting. I added green kandy to all his carbon fiber parts, this is a new trick I have been using and it definitely takes the dynamic of carbon fiber to a whole new level. David will be showing his bike at the International Moto Show this coming weekend in San Mateo.

LOLA ...the newest vicious vixen
This is 'Lola', I finished her last night and am very pleased. She is on a 3ftx4ft canvas and is done in acrylic and gold leaf. This is one of the newest pieces in a series of paintings that I am creating, which I am titling Vicious Vixens...so keep your eyes open for some more smokin ladies in the future.
